The slot allocation was also confirmed today and you can check below:
Europe (UEFA) – 8 spots
South America (CONMEBOL) – 6 spots
Africa (CAF) – 3 spots
North and Central American and Caribbean (CONCACAF) – 3 spots
Asia (AFC) – 1 spot

Just like FIFA World Cup, Oceania will not have a direct spot in the FIFA Club World Cup. There will be a play-off match between a host nation team and an Oceanic team to decide the 24th spot in the championship group stage.

The competition is scheduled to be played between 17 June and 4 July in 2021 in the calendar spot used for FIFA Confederations Cup.
