Maritzburg United draws in the return of Micah Lea’alafa

Maritzburg United drew by 2-2 against Bloemfontein Celtic in the tenth round of South African Premier League. This match marked the return of Micah Lea’alafa who has been injured for a month missing four matches.

Micah was in the starting eleven and played the first half before being replaced by Bandile Shandu in the halftime. He is not completely fit so he could not play the 90 minutes. New Zealanders Jeremy Brockie and Daniel Morgan also featured for Maritzburg in this match.

Maritzburg United was losing by 2-0 until the 87th minute when Daylon Claasen scored a penalty kick. The draw came with Judas Moseamedi who scored a heroic goal in the 92nd minute. Maritzburg is in the eighth position in the South African Premier League.
