According to local sources, four players from Royals Academy were selected to play a friendly for Langney Wanderers FC first team against Hastings United. Sammy, Ian Lagwai, Michael Laulae and Ali Mekawir.
Mekawir is a Langney Wanderers’ player since September while the other three players are not Wanderers’ players but were invited to play friendlies for them.
Langney Wanderers plays the Southern Combination League Premier Division, one of the 14 leagues that are part of English 9th tier. Wanderers lost the friendly match by 4-0.
