Vitiaz United faces coaching staff changes

Current Papua New Guinea National Soccer League leaders, Vitiaz United is currently facing some changes at their coaching staff. It was confirmed by the team’s chairman Matthew Strach that head coach Trevor Ire has decided to leave the club to turn his attention to other personal projects.

Assistant coach Nathan Vincent must take the charge to lead Vitiaz in the remainder of the season.

The football season in Papua New Guinea has stopped due to the Covid-19 pandemic as Vitiaz United leads the league with 25 points in ten matches.
