Sarpreet Singh is ready to join a new club on loan. It was reported by Bild.de that the 21-year-old player from New Zealand is going to play for FC Nürnberg in the 2.Bundesliga – the second tier of German football – on loan from Bayern München.

Singh is one of the most promising players from Bayern and it is expected that he is going to have more game time playing in the second division which will help him to develop as a player. Christian Früchtl is another young player from Bayern that joined FC Nürnberg on loan for 2020-21 season.

The All Whites international was a regular starter at Bayern II in the 3.Bundesliga – the third-tier of German football – but he did not have many opportunities in the main squad as he played only two matches in Bayern’s first team.

Singh joined Bayern in the last year after impressing when playing for Wellington Phoenix in Hyundai A-League – the major football league from Australia. He made his official debut for New Zealand National Football Team at senior level in a 1-0 loss against Canada in 2018.
