Elimination Final: Wellington Phoenix faces Perth Glory in a do or die match

It is the decision time for Phoenix and Perth Glory in A-League; both sides will meet at Bankwest Stadium for a do or die match to see which of them will proceed in the post season of the Australian top-tier league.
