Telekom S-League: Dennis Ifunaoa five-star performance gives Solomon Warriors strong win over Kossa

In a dominant show at Lawson Tama Stadium on Wednesday, July 31st, veteran striker Dennis Ifunaoa led Solomon Warriors to a resounding 5-0 victory over Kossa in a catch-up match of the Telekom S-League. The 32-year-old send, who before played for Labasa in Fiji, scored four of the five goals, showcasing his exceptional skills and experience. Philip Maeta added another goal for the reigning Telekom S-League champions, further securing their commanding win.

This victory is a crucial step for Solomon Warriors in their quest to defend their title. The team continues to show their dominance in the league.

In another catch-up match, Central Coast FC, another strong contender for the title. They achieved a convincing 6-1 victory over Honiara City. Bobby Leslie and Clifford Fafale each scored twice, leading their team to a significant win.

With these results, both Solomon Warriors and Central Coast are now tied in points at the top of the Telekom S-League table, intensifying the race for the championship.
