This weekend, Vitiaz United struggled to overcome a resilient Gulf Komara side at the Sir John Guise Stadium in Port Moresby.
That was, until Yagi Yasasa scored a fantastic goal to break the deadlock in the 88th minute. The midfielder dribbled past three defenders before hammering the ball into the roof of the net, and celebrating with a fabulous forward somersault.

Vitiaz currently sit 3rd in the league table, with six wins and one defeat after seven games. They are behind former champions Hekari United and reigning champions Lae City.
