ATK is ready to sign Mandi Sosa. The 30 years old Spanish midfielder will meet his former teammates Roy Krishna and David Williams. He is expected to arrive in Kolkata this week.
Sosa, Krishna and Williams played together in Wellington Phoenix during 2018-19 Hyundai A-League season, the top tier of Australian football. Sosa’s arrival will be a replacement for Carl McHugh, who suffered an ankle injury against Mumbai City.
Sosa played 24 matches in 2018-19 Hyundai A-League, scoring two goals and delievering four assist. His arrival may boost Krishna and Williams’ performance for current Indian Super League leaders.
