That moment has arrived: Raphael Lea’i will sign a six-month contract with Velež Mostar of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s top-tier after having done tests at the club and having played and scored in a friendly match.
“FK Velež Mostar required a letter from Henderson Eels club management before Rapha will put pen on paper.
