Recently, Oceania Football Center announced that Marika Rodu is going to take the head coach spot of Fiji national team on an interim-basis. The coach, current national champions after guiding Rewa to the Digicel Fiji Premier League title in 2022, resigned of his position to coach the national team; his duties already start on Monday (06th Mar) – it means Rewa will need a new head coach – and Oceania Football Center can confirm: Rodick Singh is going to return to head coach position of the Delta Tigers. The information was confirmed by Rewa’s chairman Nazeel Buksh.

Singh was serving as assistant coach of Rodu; “He was head coach in 2021 wen Rewa came 2nd in DPL” said Buksh – “He became assistant coach when Marika came back to Rewa” added the chairman.
Rewa will need to bounce back quickly: the current national champions were knocked-out of the OFC Champions League after got beaten by Suva and now they lose their head coach. To defend the national glory, the Tigers now under the guidance of Singh will need to be in their best form.
