As it was previously reported, Solomon Islands football community had a special night this Monday with the 2019-20 Telekom S-League Player of the Season Award.
After Ni-Vanuatu midfielder John Alick was awarded as the best player of the league, 24-year-old goalkeeper Anthony Talo received the Best Goalkeeper Award.

Talo played six matches for Henderson Eels in the league. He recently signed with Hekari United from Papua New Guinea to play 2020 OFC Champions League but he is already back to Solomon Islands due to familiar reasons.
Despite being back to his homeland, Talo can not play OFC Champions League for Henderson Eels once his ITC (International Transfer Certificate) is still with Hekari United and he is still tied up with the Papua New Guinean club.
Henderson Eels recently announced their 18-men squad for the continental tournament and Desmond Tutu must be the starting goalkeeper in the group stage.
